The award-winning Tunney’s Pasture Master Plan is founded on seven Guiding Principles, which form the foundation upon which all plans for its implementation will be developed. These Guiding Principles will direct all future development on the site.
They are as follows:
be a landmark environmentallysustainable employment site
be an integrated and valued part of a larger community
be an attractive, safe, and complete employment site
be a connected and public transit-oriented development
provide a diverse mix of uses and arrangement of buildings
create a Master Plan that is flexible in its application to the site
maximize federal government values and new opportunities
Over the next few months, the community will be engaged to help develop community values that will complement the existing Master Plan Guiding Principles.
The public is invited to register for one of two virtual workshops on May 25 and 26.
For those who cannot participate in the workshops, there will be an opportunity to provide input via an online questionnaire from May 27 to June 12. Stay tuned to this website for more information.
