Vision

Over the long term, Tunney’s Pasture will be transformed from a single-use employment centre, which welcomed thousands of federal employees daily, into a vibrant transit-oriented and sustainable mixed-use community that is integrated with surrounding neighbourhoods while still maintaining a federal presence.

Given its central location, next to a number of established communities and public transit, the amenities introduced at Tunney’s Pasture, including restaurants, shopping and recreation, will benefit the broader community as well as its residents and federal employees.
