Join us for an exciting opportunity as Canada Lands Company presents its preliminary master plan for the Wellington Basin Sector.

Following the release of the Office de Consultation Publique de Montréal (OCPM)’s “Master Plan for Bridge-Bonaventure” consultation report, and Canada Lands Company’s own extensive engagement process, For a Healthy and Inclusive Development of the Wellington Basin, the Company developed a preliminary master plan vision for its Wellington Basin site.

Canada Lands cordially invites you to attend in an open house event where you can view the preliminary master plan, ask the project team questions, and share your valuable insight. This is your chance to contribute to the development of a vibrant community that will include new housing options, including affordable housing, alongside green spaces, waterfront access, and diverse community, commercial and artistic activities.
