Final Draft Master Plan Presentation – January 22, 2026

Canada Lands Company and the City of Ottawa will be jointly hosting a drop-in session to review the Final Draft Master Plan for Confederation Heights – which has been shaped by community input to reflect a shared vision for this exciting mixed-use redevelopment.

Public engagement regarding the redevelopment of Confederation Heights began 2021 and included the general public,stakeholders, the project’s technical and public advisory committees, a close collaboration with Public Services and Procurement Canada and more recently working with the City of Ottawa,that has now led to the Final Draft Master Plan. Canada Lands Company has also worked closely with local elected officials to ensure alignment with community needs.

The session will also allow participants to review the City of Ottawa’s Secondary Plan draft policy directions and to learn more about next steps.
