You are invited to the unveiling of the preferred Master Plan

CLC invites you to come and discover the results of it's public engagement process.

Attend an open house where you can review the preferred master plan, ask questions of the design team and share your valuable feedback on the proposed housing, open space, and planned community and commercial activities for this landmark site.

Where : At the former NFB headquarters, 3155 Côte-de-Liesse Road, Theatre Entrance 3 (free parking)

When : Thursday, June 19, 2025 (estimated duration: 30-45 minutes)

  • Site Visit* : 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm or 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Open House : 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (drop in at your convenience)
  • Project presentation : 4:00 pm or 5:30 pm (15 to 20 minutes presentation)

*The site visit will be a repeat of those carried out during the last activities.

Why : To discover and discuss the preferred master plan with the design team.

Those unable to attend either workshop will have the opportunity to consult the results and give their opinion via an online survey, to be launched on June 23, 2025.
